You will need to be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid drivers license, and have up to date automobile insurance that covers you and your vehicle to tow a trailer. Not everyone's insurance has this coverage, we reserve the right to contact your insurance provider to verify. If you do not have trailer coverage on your policy, we offer an insurance binder for MBA insurance company. Valid Drivers license, proof of insurance and a Credit card is required to rent equipment.
As a renter ,You will be responsible for any damages or Loss ( including theft) of the item you are renting until it has been returned. We have the right to charge your credit card up to 15 days after your return date for loss or damages repaired or not disclosed to us. You will be responsible for using the equipment during your reserved dates, if you need to cancel your reservation, call at least 24hrs ahead for a refund. less than 24hrs may not be refundable. if you need extended time for your rental, call us asap to see if additional days are available.
